Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestseller novelist. Her talents have won her international recognition. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the eldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper as well as Anne an undergraduate student in psychology. She's English as well as Scottish. Due to her father's job the Moore family moved a lot and she struggled to establish friendships, or to keep ones. Moore started acting in play after she relocated with her family to Germany. Her studies continued in Boston University, graduating in 1983 with an B.F.A. in Theater. The casting of Steven Spielberg's Moore as the lead in Jurassic Park: The Lost World, one of the highest grossing films from 1997, marked a major turning point for her career. In 1999 she starred in the critically-acclaimed Magnolia and was awarded a SAG Award nomination in recognition of her work. The Hours was her co-starring part in 2002. it earned nine Academy Award nominations with Nicole Kidman.
